Getting Started

How do I register?

Use the 2-step registration flow. Step 1 captures your profile and wallet details, and Step 2 takes you to payment.

Do I need a referral code to sign up?

No. Referral code is optional. If you do not enter a valid one, the system assigns a default referrer automatically.

Why do I get extra checks after login?

Access is intentionally gated for safety and compliance: 2FA first, payment verification when required, then Terms and Legal Summary acceptance.

Can I update my email, password, or wallet later?

Yes. Go to Profile to update email, password, and payout wallet details.

Security and Compliance

What two-factor methods are supported?

You can use authenticator app codes (TOTP) or email one-time codes. Manage both in Security Settings.

Can I recover access if I lose my authenticator?

Yes. Recovery codes are generated when you enable 2FA. Keep them safe, and regenerate them any time from the security page.

What documents are needed for KYC?

You need a government ID file (`jpg`, `jpeg`, `png`, or `pdf`) and a selfie image (`jpg`, `jpeg`, or `png`). File size limit is 5MB each.

Which terms version am I accepting?

Current required versions are Terms 2026-02-22 and Legal Summary 2026-02-22.

Payments, Wallet, and Withdrawals

Which payment methods are available?

Hosted checkout supports CoinPayments and PayFast. Manual proof and wallet-balance payment are also supported where enabled.

Why is manual proof sometimes blocked?

Manual proof is blocked while a hosted checkout is still pending. CoinPayments uses a 60-minute pending window before manual proof can be submitted.

What happens if my TXID validation fails?

Your submission is still accepted and flagged for superadmin review. The system stores the TXID validation status and reason for audit.

Can I pay using wallet balance?

Yes, if wallet payments are enabled, you have sufficient available balance, and there is no pending hosted checkout for the same package.

Can I transfer wallet funds to another user?

Yes. Transfers use recipient email. Self-transfers are blocked, and the sender must have enough available balance.

What are the withdrawal requirements?

Minimum withdrawal is $20.00, KYC must be approved, latest Terms and Legal Summary must be accepted, and payout network/address must be valid.

How do courses and progress tracking work?

Browse courses in Learning, complete lessons, and track progress percentage per course enrollment.

Can guests submit support tickets?

Yes. Guests can submit tickets from Support. Signed-in users can track full ticket history in account.

Are ticket attachments allowed?

Yes. Attachment uploads are supported on ticket creation/replies with a 5MB file size limit.
